Click Start and then click on Internet Explorer

Click on Tools and then Internet Options

Now you backspace http://www.google.com and put whatever website you want in there. Like Below:

Should look like below with the new homepage in the box now.

Now you click on apply then Okay.

Now Close IE and open back up and you get the new homepage!
